How syncing works
Upload on one device, find it on the others, and what to know about staying current.

There's nothing to configure: every device talks to the same API and the same vault, so a document you add on your phone shows up on your laptop, and the other way round.
- One account, one vault, everywhere.
- Categories, tags, reminders, and shares are the same on every device.
- The organization you're viewing is per-device, so you can be in your team org on your laptop and your personal vault on your phone.
Staying current
- Stoatify fetches fresh data when you open or refresh a screen; it isn't a live, push-based sync.
- If something looks out of date, pull to refresh on mobile or reload the web app.
- The apps are online: you need a connection to view and change your documents (there's no offline mode).
Good to know
Because there's no offline cache, your documents aren't stored on the device, they're fetched from your vault each time, so nothing sensitive is left sitting on a lost phone.
