Plans and what they include

Stoatify starts free and adds paid tiers for individuals and teams. Your plan attaches to the organization, so a team's plan covers everyone in it, and your personal vault has its own plan.

The tiers

• Free, a private vault with core capture, organizing, search, and sharing, including full multi-language OCR.
• Plus and Pro (personal), add more storage, custom fields, folders, storage paths, saved views, AI-assisted organizing, and password-protected share links. Pro also unlocks automation and workflows, automated intake, e-signatures, the developer API, and connecting AI assistants.
• Starter, Team, and Business (team plans, billed per seat), shared organizations with invited members and groups. Team and up add automation, intake, e-signatures, and the API; Business adds custom roles, the audit log, and single sign-on.
• Enterprise, for larger organizations, by arrangement.

The limits

• Storage. Each plan sets your total storage; the free plan starts at 2 GB, and team plans pool a base amount plus more per seat.
• File size. The largest single file you can upload rises with your plan (25 MB on the free plan, more on paid tiers).
• Email intake addresses. Paid plans allow a set number of intake addresses.
