Seats and team billing

Team plans (Starter, Team, and Business) are billed per seat, so the price scales with the number of people in the organization.

• A seat is an active member of the organization.
• Team plans bill a minimum of two seats.
• There's no hard cap on members: inviting or removing someone adjusts your billed seats automatically, prorated for the rest of the period.
• Your personal vault is always a single seat and isn't billed per seat.

Storage on team plans is pooled: a base amount plus an extra allowance per seat, shared across the whole organization.
