Navigate the mobile app
Find every main destination and understand phone and tablet navigation.

On phones, the signed-in client uses a bottom navigation bar. On wider tablets, the same destinations move to a navigation rail. The labels and routes stay the same.
- Vault opens the document library, filters, and search.
- Notes lists Markdown notes stored alongside uploaded files.
- Chat asks questions about documents you can access. This destination appears only when the feature is enabled.
- More opens Signatures, Shared, AI organize, Activity, Trash, Library, Organization, Plan and billing, Appearance, and Account, subject to enabled features and your permissions.
- Add (announced as Add to Vault) opens Scan a document, Upload files, and Write a note from any main destination.
Useful direct routes
- To scan paper, follow Scan a document with your phone.
- To add an existing file, follow Upload files from a phone or tablet.
- To share a document, open it in Vault, choose its sharing action, and follow Share a document.
- To manage a signature request, choose More, then Signatures. Build and edit signature templates in the web app.
- To change the signed-in account or sign out, choose More, then Account.
