Track submissions
Watch each document's status, remind signers, and grab the sealed result.

Every document you send for signature appears in your submissions list, where you follow it from sent to sealed.
Statuses
- Sent, the signers have been notified.
- In progress, at least one person has signed, but not everyone.
- Completed, everyone has signed and the document is sealed.
- Expired, if an API or embedded workflow supplied an expiry time, or voided if you withdrew it.
Per signer, you can see who has opened their link and who has completed their part.
Act on a submission
- Remind signers who haven't finished (it sends them a fresh link).
- Withdraw a submission to stop accepting signatures before it's done.
- Download the sealed PDF and its completion certificate once it's complete.
Good to know
A completed document is saved back into your vault as a new file, so the signed copy lives alongside everything else.
