What Stoatify does and doesn't do with your documents, and your rights over them.

Stoatify exists to keep your paperwork private and under your control. Here's the plain-language version of what that means.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your documents or your data.
- We don't mine your documents to build ad profiles, and there are no advertisers involved.
- We don't share your documents with third parties, beyond the one exception below.
The one thing that goes out
When you use AI-assisted organizing, the relevant document text is sent to an external AI model provider to suggest a category or tags. That's the only case where document content leaves Stoatify's own servers, and it's there to help you file, not to profile you.
Your rights
- Export your documents whenever you like, including as a ZIP download.
- Delete anything for good; emptying Trash removes the underlying bytes.
