Stoatify secures the vault; these habits secure your account.

The account and settings screen in the Stoatify app, showing the signed-in account, organizations and members, and library settings
Your account and organization settings, on the web and in the apps.

Sign in strongly

  • Use a strong, unique password, a passkey, or continue with Google or Apple.
  • Turn on two-factor authentication in your account settings for a second layer.
  • Sign-in and account settings are handled by our identity provider; you manage them from your account menu.

Review access regularly

  1. 1Review your share links and revoke anything stale.
  2. 2For teams, review members and roles and remove people who've left.
  3. 3Rotate or revoke any API keys you no longer use.

Tip

Treat API keys and signer links like passwords: scope them tightly and pull them when you're done.
