Track how a link is used
Every share link keeps an access log of when it was opened.

Every share link keeps an access log, so you're never guessing whether a link was opened or has been sitting unused.
- Each link shows an access count and the time it was last opened.
- Open its Access log for the detail: each open, when it happened, and whether it was allowed (or blocked by a password or expiry).
- The log covers both document and collection links.
Because recipients open a link without an account, the log tracks opens, not named people. If you need to know exactly who accessed something, protect the link with a password and share it with a single person.
Good to know
Find the access log next to every link in the share registry, on web and mobile.
