Saved views

Pin the filtered views you use again and again.

A saved view is a filter you've named and pinned, say *2025 tax receipts* (category Receipts + tag 2025 + tag tax). Open it and the matching documents are right there, and it stays current as you add more.

  1. 1Set up the filters and sort you want in the vault.
  2. 2Choose Save view and give it a name.
  3. 3It appears in your sidebar for one-click access.

Good to know

Saved views are also the basis of two powerful features: collection share links that always reflect the current matching set, and scheduled search digests that notify you when something new matches.
